The small-group events are hosted in a private dining room, with Rockpool Head Chefs explaining unique cuts, flavors and textures. A cocktail and canapé on arrival are followed by a 3-course dinner and matched wines, with a tasting plate of 5 cuts of steak the centrepiece.

The menu heroes meat from top Australian producers such as David Blackmore and Cape Grim Beef and locally supplied seafood from Clyde, Shoalhaven and Coffin Bay shores.
