Bitter Phew Bar
In collaboration with Sydney Winter Solstice we at Bitter Phew have created two weeks of events showcasing the wonderful world of indigenous local ingredients and fermentation.
They will have a select rotating menu running over the period including cocktails, grazing boards and bar snacks inspired by local and indigenous ingredients and created by us, and their two respective collaborators Gabriel Gutnik and Caitlin Koether - this will be available during all their opening hours of the bar.
Sydney has an excellent public transport network and you can get to all of the Sydney Solstice precincts by bus, train, light rail or ferry. Parking will be limited at most festival venues, so we recommend you travel by public transport rather than driving. Check out our Transport section for more information.
